Lemonade Stand

Kids in elementary and middle school learn how to set up there very own lemonade stand and make MONEY!!!! Lemonade Stand is a four day program for students in third through eighth grade. They learn team work, money management and business skills. The participants are split into groups with mixed ages. They must build their own business as a group, everything from the name, advertisement, pricing and logo to the cost of their products. They “earn” money to buy supplies though the various tasks they must do as a team. On the last day of the program they set up their stand and sell their products all around town. At the end of the day the teams divide up the money they have made and they take it home.
